For attorneys, plaintiff and defense:

• I review and analyze charts for standards of care and compliance with Medicare regulations,
• I assist with preparation for deposition and trial; and,
• I testify at deposition and trial.

For agencies:

• I review and analyze documentation for compliance with Medicare regulations; and,
• I develop in-service and other training programs.

For intermediaries

• I review and analyze charts and records for Medicare fraud and regulation noncompliance.
